In 2015, The Trust was recognised as the best place to work in mental health and learning disabilities services in the Health Service Journal supplement.  In the same year, we received the HSJ Award for staff engagement, and with over 5000 staff at the heart of our operation we know that staff engagement is fundamental improving quality. 

We’re passionate about our vision to make a positive difference to people’s lives, including our staff, patients and our communities. Our Director of Corporate Affairs and Chair of the Trust spoke to HealthCare Manager on how we’re delivering staff engagement.
