Bedfordshire & Luton Recovery College is launching its new prospectus on Wednesday 4th September and it is jam-packed with interesting and exciting courses – and nearly all of them are free.
That is the day enrolment starts so don’t delay because some of the courses fill up quickly.

All the courses and workshops focus on mental health wellbeing and recovery. They are delivered by people with lived and professional experience.
The college works hard to promote a positive student experience based on the principles of recovery and the values of the University of Bedfordshire and East London NHS Foundation Trust: We Care, We Respect and We Are Inclusive.
What’s new this year? The Recovery College is running a weekly Wellbeing Group in Houghton Regis as well as Biggleswade, Sandy and Stotfold plus there are lots of new courses.
There is also a monthly Bedfordshire Recovery College Forum which is open to all – an opportunity for you to help shape the future college prospectus and contribute.
In total the Recovery College offers courses at 31 different sites across Bedfordshire and Luton. There is bound to be something going on near you!
