Anit Chandarana, Non-executive Director for ELFT, has been listed on the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) 100 Business Leaders index announced on 11 September 2019.
The index, published by Green Park – an executive recruitment and diversity consultancy – is designed to highlight the talent, experience and expertise of ethnic minority leaders.
In its fourth annual publication, the index celebrates Britain's BAME board-ready talent. The leaders were identified based on a list of more than 600 diverse leaders, to which a scoring method was applied, focusing on professional experience and governance expertise. The top scoring individuals were evaluated by an independent assessment panel. Anit is a Business Planning and Strategy director, in the Business Review Team, at Network Rail.
In June, Anit was recognised in the 2019 Ethnic Minority Role Model List in the Executives listing. (No 74 to be exact!) in the EMpower Ethnic Minority Role Model List which showcases business leaders who are breaking down barriers in the work place. This kind of recognition provides us with valuable further opportunities to discuss the issue of diversity and take further steps to align ourselves with the communities we live and work within."< body>< body>< body>< body>
