Service User Feedback

"The staff were all incredibly caring and understanding when I was in crisis.  I felt safe knowing that l had someone to turn to when things were deteriorating. I am incredibly happy with my care plan and feel comfortable in moving forward from here."

"The staff have a very positive and respectful approach to the service user, in this case me. Personally, I have been informed and acknowledged about the support I am able to receive and have always left the home treatment team with a secure and safe feeling. Thank you. It is important to accept help, and I hope you can help as many people as possible. I am one glad patient who wishes others to do well."
