A service user’s journey to recovery and his work to help others has been highlighted through the Trust’s Break the Stigma campaign.

Ben Salmons, who launched Break the Stigma to help people understand more about mental health and to tackle common misconceptions, has written a moving account of his encounters with Mohammad, a service user from Luton.

The pair first met when Mohammad was an inpatient at the Jade Ware psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) in Luton.
