The Trust  is looking to recruit an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to lead our staff and service users through the latest phase of the pandemic and beyond. 

Rated as ‘Outstanding’ by our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in September 2016 and again in June 2018, ELFT is financially robust and an active system leader, both locally and nationally. We are a Trust that values people –those who access our services as well as those who deliver them. 

As we deal with COVID-19 and look to the future, things will undoubtedly change – but we will continue to focus on our core strengths and our vision. We welcome the opportunities new ways of working are offering to our staff and our service users and are looking forward to being a systems leader in integrated care.

Our ambition is underpinned by our approach to quality improvement and a strong focus on the voice of the service user through our people participation work. Both of these are deeply embedded in our culture.
