Best Foot Forward
The sessions will be provided by qualified podiatrist who will talk and show slides to show demonstrate the best techniques for looking after your feet. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
The Tower Hamlets Foot Health Service made changes to the service last year to focus on people with health conditions that could have a critical impact on foot health and circulation, and lead to serious consequences.
Can't Reach Your Feet ...?
People with low risk foot issues such as hard skin, verrucaes, corns, long toenails or who simply can't reach their feet, do not meet the criteria for NHS podiatry. Instead, a list of qualified private podiatrists is available. See below.
For people who simply need toe nail cutting, a nail technician might be an option - and a chance for some pampering.
