Communicating your wants, needs, thoughts and feelings in an effective way is very important. This can have a big effect on your lifestyle, relationships, and how you feel.

This one day workshop will use fun activities, role play and discussion to explore confidence, communication styles and ways to get what you want.

Students can expect to learn how to confidently communicate their wants or stand up for themselves or others in a calm and positive way without aggression or passivity.
