This course looks at how depression and anxiety (both separately and together) can impact people’s lives, affecting thoughts, feelings and behaviour. The course explores the positive steps that can be taken to promote a happier and healthier life.

Helpful techniques, tools and strategies used to overcome difficulties will be discussed, including the sharing of lived experience. The course will also signpost information to various other resources that are available in Tower Hamlets.
