Experiencing mental health challenges can sometimes raise feelings of shame and self-criticism. This can further deteriorate a person’s mental health and wellbeing.

This course aims to explore how feelings of shame and self-criticism can impact our lives and how different experiences can contribute to the onset of these feelings.

The course will draw upon principles of CompassionFocussed Therapy to help teach students how to challenge feelings of shame, self-criticism and other negative feelings.
