"I really benefited from this group session and although before joining the group I felt nervous talking in front on others, it is where I felt the most safe to be able to express myself, I gained a better understanding and it felt warming just to be heard, understood and not judged. My therapist has been a great therapist to work with with the break down on areas and unpicking things better with more understanding really supported me to notice things in my own life. "
