Our online workshops are easy to access and you can join via your mobile, laptop, tablet or PC. Online workshops cover many subjects related to common mental and emotional challenges including managing stress, reducing anxiety and lifting mood.
Even if you are not registered with our service you can access our workshops, so it could be that you just need a reminder of techniques from previous support or that you want to start the process of understanding how to tackle a problem.
