CAMHS Community Eating Disorder Service (East London)
The East London Community Eating Disorders Service for Children and Young People (CEDS-CYP) is a specialist CAMHS service for young people up to the age of 18 who are experiencing an eating disorder.
CAMHS (South Bedfordshire and Luton)
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) provides outpatient assessments, support and treatment for children and young people up to the age of 18 experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems.
CAMHS Tower Hamlets
We are a Community Mental Health Team for Children & Adolescents.
Cardiac Rehabilitation - Newham University Hospital
Newham Cardiac Rehabilitation Service is for those who have had an acute cardiac event
Cardiac Rehabilitation - the Appleby Centre
Providing support to myocardial infarction, percutaneous intervention or cardiac surgery patients
Cardiac Rehabilitation Service - Group Classes
Newham Cardiac Rehabilitation Service is for those who have had an acute cardiac event
Cardiac Rehabilitation Service - the Centre Manor Park
For Newham residents who have had an acute cardiac event
Care Navigator (Tower Hamlets Community Health Services)
The Care Navigation service provides support and coordination for patients who have complex health and social care needs.
Care Navigators - Newham
Care Navigators work with people with multiple and sometimes complex needs
