Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma Psychological Service

This service is provided by the Institute of Psychotrauma to patients attending the Oral and Maxillofacial Department who have suffered facial injury. Screening for psychological difficulties, assessment and treatment is provided by a Clinical Psychologist.

The service aims to support patients with advice and support to cope with anxiety, low mood, post-traumatic difficulties and concerns about facial appearance.
