Who we are

Single Point of Access:

Administrator led to ensure all new referrals are picked up by the appropriate team in a timely manner. The administration team will open residents on Rio and add them to the appropriate teams daily discussion list (neighbourhood). Referrals could be redirected to the Recovery Team/Complex Needs Service after discussion in the neighbourhoods daily meeting and if appropriate.

Appropriate contacts:

  • All new referrals. This includes internal referrals from another team.
  • Merlin and safeguarding queries

Neighbourhood Team

Administrator led, to answer queries from residents (e.g. appointment queries) and triage questions to the appropriate teams and clinicians in the Neighbourhood who can provide non-urgent clinical support.

Appropriate Contacts:

  • Current residents who have general queries
  • ‘Inactive’ residents who need support
  • Internal query/liaison about a resident open to any of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams
