East India Ward - John Howard Centre

Located in the John Howard Centre, East India Ward provides care and treatment to 16 male patients who suffer from a personality disorder. These patients have complex needs and require specialist care and treatment in a Forensic medium secure setting. Our service is commissioned through NHS England Specialist Commissioning.

The ward has a multi-disciplinary team including Mental Health Nurses, Clinical Support Workers, Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists and medical staff.
