Two ELFT services have been nominated by their constituency MPs for this year’s NHS Parliamentary Awards - for the outstanding work they have done to support service users over the last year. 

The ELFT board has met with Sir Michael Marmot as part of our journey to become a Marmot Trust.

ELFT is partnering with the Institute of Health Equity to become the first NHS ‘Marmot Trust’ and test the boundaries of what an NHS Trust can do to tackle some of the drivers of poor health, such as poverty and unemployment.

The Trust is hosting three individual feedback sessions in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Newham and Hackney (including The City of London) to find out what type of support and services people with a Learning Disability need
