Over the past year many teams across the Trust have been using quality improvement methods to tackle issues of flow such as waitlists, demand and capacity and vacancy rates. We would like to extend an invite to our final in person learning session to anybody in the Trust who is working on or is interested in starting work on issues of flow.
The session will be a chance to hear from teams who have tested change ideas around many areas such as removing steps in the process, time trackers, data for demand and capacity, group interventions and more!
You will have the chance to have discussions and ask questions around how to adapt and adopt these ideas in your service.
