Admission Avoidance and Discharge Service (Tower Hamlets)
A team who work in partnership with the In-reach lead nurse to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital.

Adult Autism Service (Bedfordshire)
An adult autism service for adults in Bedfordshire and Luton
Adult Autism Service (City & Hackney)
The City and Hackney Autism Service offers diagnosis, brief interventions and advice to adults living in City and Hackney who have not had a previous diagnosis of Autism Disorder.
Adult Autism Service (Tower Hamlets)
The Tower Hamlets Autism Service is a diagnostic and brief intervention service for adults living in Tower Hamlets. We provide assessments and diagnosis of autism spectrum conditions.
Adult Mental Health Management Offices (City & Hackney)
Management team City & Hackney Centre for Mental Health.
Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service (Newham)
The Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy team provide assessment and management for people with acquired disorders of speech, language, voice and/or swallowing.
Advanced Care Planning Team (Tower Hamlets Community Health Services)
The Advanced Care Planning team work alongside the district nurses, supporting them to care for patients on their caseloads who may be in the last months, weeks or days of their lives.  
Aldgate Ward
This is a ward for men with autism spectrum disorder. The environment is specially adapted and care is tailored to meet individual service users’ needs

Ampthill CMHT
A community mental health team (CMHT) providing mental health care and treatment for adults in Ampthill with more complex and enduring mental health needs
