ELFT arts therapist Tasha D’Aguliar and Tiffer Hutchings were interviewed by global UK Health Radio recently, by presenter Danielle Sax for her show ‘From Stress to Authentic Success.’

Tasha is Art Psychotherapist and Deputy Clinical Team Lead in City & Hackney CAMHS Mental Health Support Team, and Tiffer’s role is a Dramatherapist for the Forensic Directorate based in Hackney’s John Howard Centre.
Tasha is also a lecturer and tutor at Hertfordshire University and co-delivers a module on intersectionality within art therapy, whilst Tiffer’s developing specialism is in work with client populations of autism and learning disabilities.
Both talk about their backgrounds and share examples from their work where art and creativity work to alleviate stress and mental distress.
