We will be in contact with all of our existing service users in due course with any updates related to your ongoing treatment.

Thank you for your patience, we apologise for the inconvenience.

You can be referred to the service via a mental health professional.

If you are experiencing psychological difficulties that are affecting your day to day life, your thinking processes and responses, or your patterns of behaviour, speak to your GP in the first instance. They can direct you to the most appropriate service to help you.

Ways To Get Started

We have prepared these self-help presentations, with voice-overs, of the introductory sessions that we normally offer in groups as a first stage of treatment within the service. There are three different series of presentations and following your assessment the psychotherapist will have identified with you which one to complete from the list below. In order to avoid confusion, we recommend that you only access the presentations that you agreed during your assessment.
