HEADS UP - Mental Health Early Detection Service
HEADS UP is an NHS service for young people aged 18 to 35 living in the City of London and London Borough of Hackney who may be at risk of developing psychosis and would like help in relation to their mental health concerns.
Interventions provided support young people to develop an understanding of their unusual experiences, to maintain community links and mental health strategies. The specialist team is composed of skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary professionals. The service is offered for up to 2 years.
Referrals are accepted from GPs, Primary and Secondary Mental Health Services and other services such as children's services and housing, via Single Point of Access (SPA) Team, Vivienne Cohen House, Cedar Lodge 2 Crozier Terrace London E9 6AT, 020 3222 8000 // elft.ch.spa@nhs.net
