In 2023, we co-designed with staff and service users a new leadership framework at ELFT, clarifying the key leadership behaviours that all of us should aim to practice, in order to create the culture that we aspire. 

In addition, it sets out additional leadership behaviours for those who lead teams, and those who are in senior leadership roles (within directorate management teams, or executive leadership roles).
