Between 14 September and 9 October, AccessAble surveyors will be visiting Trust sites to collect information for a series of comprehensive Access Guides. These guides will be published on the AccessAble website and made available through the Trust's website, offering clear and practical information about accessibility features across ELFT locations.
The guides are designed to support informed choices and reduce anxiety for disabled people, older adults and anyone with access requirements. Importantly, they do not rate or judge the accessibility of sites. Instead, they provide factual descriptions of facilities and services, enabling people to understand what is available before they arrive.
