As Medical Education Coordinator for Bedfordshire and Luton, Jo plays a key role in delivering and supporting weekly academic programmes, coordinating student and Resident Dr placements, and providing pastoral support, alongside a wide range of educational activities.

Commenting on her award, Jo said: “I am truly honoured to receive the Support Staff Excellence Award. It is a privilege to support the training and development of future doctors in psychiatry. This recognition also reflects the support and collaboration of the colleagues I work alongside every day, and I am proud to be part of a team committed to high-quality education, compassionate care and continuous improvement.”
