Dr Kitty Clark-McGhee has worked for ELFT for over 15 years, currently working as a Lead Psychologist for Older Adult Mental Health and Dementia Care across east London. The service offers assessments, treatments, care and support for individuals and their carers across the City and Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.
Writing in the HSJ about the psychological needs of order people, Dr Clark-McGhee argued that service adaptations (such as longer appointments, home visits and better support for carers) can improve outcomes across the NHS.
HSJ is a healthcare publication focussing on the NHS, while providing news and analysis of health policy and service delivery. Its readership tends to be NHS leaders, clinicians and politicians.
