ELFT is seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors to our Board.
We would like to hear from those ready to take up a first Non-Executive role, as well as those with established Non-Executive experience.
Is This You?
Ideally, we are looking to appoint people with either experience in strategic estates management or in strategic finance, or commercial roles, or with lived experience as a carer.
Above all else, we are seeking inspirational, collaborative, and values-led people whose visions for health and social care, ambition for our Trust, and commitment to our service users, carers, and staff are aligned with our own.
These are exciting and rewarding roles with the opportunity to make a real difference in reducing health inequalities and improving the health and well-being of our communities.
About us
Rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the third consecutive time in January 2022, ELFT is recognised as an exceptional organisation where people participation, coproduction, staff engagement, and quality improvement are at the heart of what we do.
We are proud that our organisation is one of the most diverse in the NHS and understand the benefits this brings to the quality of services and effective decision-making and warmly welcome applications from members of our vibrant and diverse communities as well as from seldom-heard communities or underrepresented groups.
