Vivek brings over 30 years of experience in digital and technology transformation, with a particular focus on healthcare. He has held senior leadership roles in several global pharmaceutical companies, including Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Boehringer Ingelheim, where he led digital innovation and championed diversity and inclusion.
He currently serves on the Board of Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a specialist provider of acute services including reconstructive surgery, burns care, and rehabilitation. He also sits on the advisory boards of several technology and artificial intelligence (AI) companies, including Aforza and ParallelDots.
In 2024, Vivek co-founded the Global AI Leaders Network (GAIL), an organisation that supports businesses in navigating the opportunities and ethical challenges of AI.
Outside of work, Vivek is passionate about yoga, meditation, and advocating for the protection of endangered wildlife species.
