Five staff based in 
Luton and Bedfordshire have signed up to run for the ELFT Charity. Roy Maramba, Aameena Khan, Denesha Tracey, Collins Oware and Peace Mubayi won't be spending too much time on the sofa this Christmas or over-indulging on festive treats. They will be ensuring they get out and about to increase their level of fitness and build their stamina.
They've even trained in the snow! That's dedication and commitment!
