We are experiencing intermittent issues with the phone lines for Bedford Community Mental Health Services since the morning of Friday 7 November. This has been reported, and we are awaiting timescales on this being fixed.
At present, calls are coming through but dropping mid-call. The team are able to call back, but based on previous issues, this may change.
