Delivered in partnership with leisure provider 'Better', the event is designed to show how staying active can support both physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
A full programme of activities will run throughout the day, from Zumba and gym circuits to seated exercises suited to every ability. Guests will also be able to enjoy a healthy lunch and book in for a free health assessment on the day.
This year's Games will take place at Bedford International Athletic Stadium, on Barkers Lane, Bedford, MK41 9SB, on 31 July 2026 from 10am-4pm.
For those travelling by bus, the closest stop is Phillpott's Avenue, Bedford, just a 6 minute walk from the venue, while Malmesbury Way in Goldington is around 10 minutes on foot. Services from Bedford Bus Station that stop nearby include the 4, 74, 81, 905 and C10.
By train, Bedford St Johns Railway Station sits roughly 20 minutes away on foot.
Accessibility has been considered throughout, with disability parking bays available on site alongside step-free entrances and accessible toilets.
The Games are open to anyone living in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire or Luton Borough who would like to invest in their physical or mental health. No booking is required, simply come along on the day.
Speaking ahead of this year's event, the Trust's Health Development Coordinator, Steve Muggridge, said: "It's wonderful to see the Games returning for a third year, and at such a fantastic new venue. What makes this day so special is that it's free, open to everyone, and built around what our communities actually need to feel well, both in body and in mind.
"We can't wait to welcome people through the doors on 31 July!"
Aaron Colbert, Better's Community Sports Manager in Bedford, added: "Working alongside ELFT has been a real privilege, and each year the Games grow into something more meaningful for the people of Bedfordshire.
"Bedford International Athletic Stadium is the perfect setting to bring this event to life. Families, neighbours and friends can come together, try something new and discover just how good it feels to get moving."
Volunteers are also being sought to help bring the day to life, whether by supporting on the day, running a taster activity, or hosting a stall. To find out more, get in touch with Steve at steve.muggridge@nhs.net.
