Mostafizur: To me, all aspects of well-being are important. I make sure to allocate time for each of them. I always find it essential to talk to people and release my stress. Having a good support network has been crucial in maintaining my well-being.
Q: What advice would you give to male colleagues to take better care of their health?
Mostafizur: The most important thing is to share your problems with someone and seek proper support. As men, we sometimes find it challenging to open up. It's important to take short breaks to get some fresh air and clear your mind. I always make time to look after myself, like stopping at a coffee shop on my way home for a moment of reflection and enjoying a lovely cappuccino.

Mostafizur: Yes, during the pandemic, I experienced stress. However, I managed to overcome it through regular sleep, maintaining a healthy diet, staying connected with my social network, and sharing my concerns with others.
