The group is for people accessing the Perinatal Mental Health Service in Bedfordshire & Luton who would like to meet others with similar experiences. The group will focus on wellbeing in daily life.

Dates: Every Wednesday from 12 October 2022

The group runs for 1 and a half hours per week on Monday mornings from 9.45 to 11:15am for 4 weeks.

This group is for perinatal women/birthing people who have had experience of domestic abuse, to come meet others who understand.

Come along and explore some of the local parks in C&H. 

This group is a safe and informal space to meet others with similar experiences, find mutual support to move forward and express concerns about being discharged.
