At ELFT we aspire to provide care of the highest quality, in collaboration with those who use our services. As an organisation we aim to embrace continuous improvement and learning. To achieve this, we have to think differently, be innovative, and give everyone, at every level in the organisation the skills they need to lead and be involved in improvement.
To build this culture, we need to focus on what matters most to our service users and staff. Improving access to evidence-based care and applying improvement methods can and have made our services more effective, giving more power to our staff and improving patient experience.
