National Institute for Health Research seeks to explore service user's experiences of participating in research on an ongoing basis with a use of a short survey.

If so, we would love to hear your feedback! This information would enable us to make sure that research studies are being delivered in the best way possible as well as enable us to make changes where necessary to improve our procedures.

Feedback received across April - September 2024:
- 85% felt that the information at the start of the research was easy to understand and prepared them for the study.
- 92% felt that research staff had treated them with courtesy and respect.
- 85% strongly agreed that they would consider taking part in research again.
Comments included that the researchers were friendly, enthusiastic and caring throughout the experience. Contributions were felt to be valued and that participation in the research would help others.
