The Bedfordshire Talking Therapies is for residents of Bedfordshire (excluding Luton who has a separate service) who experience depression, anxiety, sadness, extreme shyness, obsessive behaviour, phobias, relationship difficulties including depression and common mental health symptoms or other psychological issues which are holding them back in their lives.
It provides one-to-one sessions and/or group workshops.

Following an assessment with a therapist, you will be offered a range of options that can help you to understand why you are feeling as you do, the reasons behind this along with tools and strategies to help you cope and get more out of your life.
Options and approaches include workshops, one to one therapy delivered via telephone, computer or face to face, homework and suggested reading.
Supporting people currently accessing NHS ELFT Talking Therapies and who are either employed but facing workplace difficulties, returning to work after an absence, or are unemployed and seeking work.
