Administrator led to ensure all new referrals are picked up by the appropriate team in a timely manner.

Neighbourhood Team

Administrator led, to answer queries from residents (e.g. appointment queries) and triage questions to the appropriate teams and clinicians in the Neighbourhood who can provide non-urgent clinical support.

Single Point of Access:

The administration team will open residents on Rio and add them to the appropriate team daily discussion list (neighbourhood). Referrals could be redirected to the Recovery Team/Complex Needs Service after discussion in the neighbourhood daily meeting and if appropriate.

Current residents who have general queries ‘Inactive’ residents who need support Internal query/liaison about a resident open to any of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.
