Single Point of Access:
The administration team will open residents on Rio and add them to the appropriate team daily discussion list (neighbourhood). Referrals could be redirected to the Recovery Team/Complex Needs Service after discussion in the neighbourhood daily meeting and if appropriate.

Non-GP Referrals: email to email@example.com (previously elt-tr.CHAMHRAS@nhs.net). New email to be active from Wednesday 20th October 2021, emails will be picked up by both until January 1st 2022.
Current residents who have general queries ‘Inactive’ residents who need support Internal query/liaison about a resident open to any of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.
