Referrals to CAMHS can be made by contacting your GP, teacher, or other health professionals who can make a referral on your behalf if you are over 16 or with the consent of an adult you trust.
By contacting your GP or other professional to make the referral they will be able to collect all the details required on your behalf to make sure that the CAMHS team can get you help as quickly as possible.
