Newham Recovery College

Newham Recovery College is an NHS service that runs FREE educational workshops and courses. These are designed and delivered by people who have lived experience of mental health challenges, together with people who work in mental health services.

Our mission is to promote wellbeing and to support people on their mental health recovery journey through education. All courses will be co-produced and co-delivered by people with lived experience alongside staff and other experts by profession.
