Recovery Team North (Newham)

The Recovery team will provide care coordination and ongoing support and intervention for people with significant mental health support needs who require a longer term service.

The expectation is that this intervention will be time-limited and recovery-focused. The aim will be to transfer patients back to the care of their GP and primary care services when they are stabilised and have a support plan in place.
