NHS 111, Option 2
Call NHS 111 and select Option 2.
This is the main route for urgent mental health support in East London, Bedfordshire and Luton. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are not already known to mental health services, or you need to speak to a mental health professional outside normal working hours, call 111 and select Option 2.
If you are already receiving support from a mental health team, please continue to contact your usual team during working hours.
Tower Hamlets CAMHS
CAMHS means Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
If you live in Tower Hamlets, the CAMHS Duty Team can help with urgent mental health concerns Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Call 020 7426 2375 or 020 7426 2400.
You don't need to know whether CAMHS is the right service for you. You can call and explain what is happening, and the team can help you work out what to do next.
If you need help outside these hours, call NHS 111 and choose Option 2.

For anyone under 19.
Childline is a confidential service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
