At ELFT, we have access to the Oxleas AHP Preceptorship Programme. Oxleas created and facilitate the nationally recognised Allied Health Professionals Preceptorship Programme. Preceptorships aim is to provide support and structure in during a career transition, newly qualified, return to practice, international recruit to help build confidence. 

At ELFT, you will have access to a robust and successful AHP Preceptorship support package which is tailored to the individual. You will be part of a wider AHP community, not only within ELFT but with our National Preceptorship Partners across the country. The programme has been shortlisted for National CAHPO Awards in 2023 and 2024.
