Corporate Induction is an important part of welcoming new colleagues to East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). To ensure accessibility for staff working across London, Luton and Bedfordshire, the programme is delivered virtually via Zoom, enabling colleagues from all areas of the Trust to attend and participate.
The purpose of corporate induction
The session provides an opportunity for new colleagues to learn about ELFT's vision, values, strategic priorities and ways of working, while gaining an understanding of how their role contributes to the wider organisation.
What can people expect?
As part of the programme, colleagues will have the opportunity to meet members of the Board and Senior Leadership Team, who will share insights into the Trust's priorities, culture and aspirations.
How often does corporate induction take place?
Corporate Induction is delivered monthly. New colleagues are invited automatically through the recruitment process using information held within TRAC and are expected to attend within their first two months of employment. Line managers will confirm the induction date as part of the onboarding process.
