Learning more about the mystery of the Human mind. 

Why did you choose to develop your career at ELFT?
ELFT has a great work ethos and supports its medical staff well. It was great to work with excellent clinical and medical directors. 

How has ELFT shaped your career (e.g. training opportunities, projects)?
Over the past decade, I have held various roles at ELFT, including CMHT, Memory Services, Inpatient, and PLS. 

I have been a part of the Clinical Management Team and work as an Acting Clinincal Director for Older Adults (Luton & Bedfordshire) for 6 years. My current role is a Training Programme Director in Older Adults. 

What do you enjoy about your role and/or service? 
Yes, I like teaching and training young trainees and other allied professionals. My current role helps me to do that.
