Consultant Careers at ELFT

Our key areas

We operate community CAMHS services in Luton and Bedfordshire. The service is divided into North Bedfordshire CAMHS and South Bedfordshire/Luton CAMHS teams, which are part of the ELFT Specialist Services directorate. 

Mental Health Team

Mental Health Inpatient Services in Bedfordshire provide a range of Inpatient services to working age and older adults patients, including 6 working age acute wards, 1 male PICU and 2 older adult units for patient with functional and organic disorder.

Our Crisis Pathway includes the county’s liaison psychiatry, crisis resolution and home treatment, court liaison, and diversion, approved mental health practitioner service, and mental health street triage services.

3 ELFT staff

Our Community Mental Health Services include the General Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Community Teams, Memory Assessment Services, county-wide Early Intervention Service and Perinatal Services across Luton and Bedfordshire.
