Mental Health Crisis
For urgent referrals and/or if a patient is in crisis: Call the 24-hr Helpline number 020 8432 8020.
CAMHS crisis – Call duty team in-hours 9am-5pm., OOH via above 24-hour adult crisis service.

Non-Crisis Contacts
For non-urgent advice, including to discuss the support & treatment currently available for potential non-urgent referrals:

* Contact the duty PCL psychiatrist (available from 12noon-2pm weekdays) 
* Contact your practice’s PCL psychiatrist, as you would usually

Email your practice’s PCL psychiatrist, and copy the email to the duty PCL psychiatrist so we can be responsive to your enquiry even if your own psychiatrist is unavailable

To make a non-urgent referral:
Phone the PCL Referrals duty line from 9am-5pm weekdays, send a written referral via the electronic referrals system (eRS) to the PCL Referrals Team (formerly called CHAMHRAS) as you would usually.
