Trust Board Business Meetings are open to all staff and the public.
The meetings are held face-to-face but members of the public can observe via Zoom. 

Please note that owing to security provision people wishing to join the public meeting need to register in advance.

Anyone wishing to join the Trust Board meeting will be required to click the link to register, once they have been approved they will receive an email with the Zoom link to join the meeting.

Venue:  To be confirmed. 

Our meetings usually start at 13:00 and is scheduled to finish around 16.00.

An Agenda and Board papers for the next Board Meeting can be accessed a week before. You can find our Board Meeting papers here >> We record the meeting solely for the purpose of minute taking - recordings will not be published.

Questions about agenda items must be submitted by 12 noon two days before the meeting to  Answers will be provided at the meeting, or in writing afterwards, depending on the number of questions and the detail required if contact details are provided.

Questions submitted at the meeting via the Zoom chat function or during the Questions from the Public item on the Agenda may be answered on the day where possible; alternatively we will provide a full reply following the meeting.

Questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of meetings through our normal communication channels.

Please note that dates and times may be subject to change, so please check back regularly for updates. 

Meeting Etiquette

By attending the meeting either virtually or face to face you are agreeing that you will not record in either video or audio format the meeting in whole or part.

In keeping with ELFT’s values, we ask all participants to respect the Chair and the speakers at the meeting, and to listen with interest and an open mind.

Meeting considerations if you are joining by Zoom:

  • Please log on ten minutes before the start of the meeting if possible to ensure a good connection

  • Please keep your microphone on the ‘mute’ setting during the meeting

  • The meeting moderators may switch off your video feed to reduce bandwidth. You will still be able to see all active participants

  • If you are experiencing technical issues, please feel free to leave the meeting and rejoin.
