A document of commonly used acronyms can be found here to refer to.
Questions
Questions about agenda items must be submitted by noon two days before the meeting to elft.membership@nhs.net Answers will be provided at the meeting, or in writing afterwards, depending on the number of questions and the detail required if contact details are provided.
Questions submitted at the meeting via the Zoom chat function or during the Questions from the Public item on the Agenda may be answered on the day where possible; alternatively, we will provide a full reply following the meeting.
Questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of meetings through our normal communication channels.
Meeting Etiquette
By attending the meeting either virtually or face to face you are agreeing that you will not record in either video or audio format the meeting in whole or part.
In keeping with ELFT’s values, we ask all participants to respect the Chair and the speakers at the meeting and to listen with interest and an open mind.
Meeting considerations if you are joining by MS Teams or Zoom:
- Please log on ten minutes before the start of the meeting if possible to ensure a good connection
- Please keep your microphone on the ‘mute’ setting during the meeting
- The chat facility will be unavailable but you'll receive details on how to contact the organiser with queries or comments
- The meeting moderators will switch off your video feed to reduce bandwidth and minimise distraction for participants in the room. You will still be able to see all active participants
- If you are experiencing technical issues, please feel free to leave the meeting and rejoin.
For the best experience, we would recommend downloading the Zoom client at Download Zoom>> or MS Teams at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/free
