The national theme for AHPs Day focused on the three key shifts:
- From hospital to community
- From treatment to prevention
- From analogue to digital
It was an inspiring day full of learning, collaboration, and innovation. This hybrid event welcomed around 150 AHPs from across the Trust to the conference suite at the Trust HQ and over a live stream online. Please see link to the attached programme for a feel of the day.
We were joined during the day by the Executive team with Edwin opening the conference, Lorraine providing a future view perspective and David finishing the day with our AHP Awards. Philippa Wright Chief AHP Officer NHSE London provided the conference keynote speech.
As the third-largest clinical workforce in health and care, AHPs play a vital role in delivering the NHS Long Term Plan. This conference was an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate the impact of ELFT AHPs in shaping services and improving patient care and public health.
