Today is the start of Loneliness Awareness Week 2025, taking place from 9-15 June. Each year, the week’s aim is to support those in society of all ages who may be becoming more lonely and isolated from others.
‘Meeting Loneliness Together’ is the theme for this year, encouraging efforts to foster connections together.
Colleagues from the Trust and Newham Council will be marking Loneliness Awareness Week to create spaces for residents to meet and connect. To help local people find out about these events, we have compiled them below.
