How to take part
Dig out anything that is green in your wardrobe, drawers or floor-drobe!
If your green jumper/t-shirt/top/trousers/dress/skirt is in your laundry pile, check it out and see if it could go one more wear. Anything counts – clothing, lanyards, badges, socks, accessories, or even use your favourite green mug.
We're looking for imaginative 'greenery' all day long. Wrap your children in a green towel, drape your dog with a green bandana, pop a green ribbon on your cat (if not high risk!) Miaow!
Please share your team green photos with us, so that we can share them across the Trust and on our social media channels: elft.communications@nhs.net
Improving Mental Wellbeing
The ELFT Charity is using Mental Health Awareness Week as an opportunity to highlight the projects and initiatives they have supported that help mental health wellbein, from gardening projects (Good for the soul), social gatherings (Good for connection and fun) to employment schemes. (Good for the wallet and self-esteem!) See here
Support the ELFT Charity to do Even More
Taking part is optional (but it will be fun).
Donate £1 (if you’re able) to help the ELFT Charity to continue to support initiatives that enhance the care and support the Trust provides. (Some colleagues are donating £2 not to wear green!!) Every little helps.
